So my power flickered at my house and turned everything off. I went to turn my computer back on and it got stuck on the little windows symbol and didn't move. I was like.... wtf? So I unplugged it and at the first start up menu, another option came up that said something with (Recommened) so I clicked that. It's been like an hour and it's still loading. All my computer says is "Microsoft Corporation" with a little continuous green loading bar at the bottom of the screen. Is this something to be worried about or does it usually take this long to do?
