Ugh I just love Nia Peeples so much and that makes Pam #22 on my list. Her character has such a great story arc from evolving from a gay hating parent who was at first not accepting of her daughter being a lesbian or her girlfriend Maya, to someone who fully embraced her daughters choices and just wanted Emily to be happy in the end. She's easily the best of the parents in the show to me, just somewhat less involved that the others.
