Realistically, it's probably not the end of America.
Gay marriage isn't going to get overturned. The Supreme Court has ruled on it and the 5 that voted YES are still there. Also, decisions almost never get overturned on principle because it's already been ruled on. It's why I'm not concerned about Roe v. Wade either.
The scary part is the mindset of Americans who voted for Trump because they are the ones who make the lives of millions of other Americans tougher as a result.

That's where most of my sadness really comes from, Trump is the personification of all of these horrible ideas that we should be fighting against. And yeah I get that people hated both candidates but not all change is good change. We really need to check ourselves honestly.
