Prioritize important updates, appoint a head of communications/suggestions that is a veteran player(s) who's been here long enough to know what needs to be done. It's crucial that the right things get updated, and not just the wants of one or two users. randomize

There is a very small group of people who have a lot of influence right now because of their ability to spam a blog in order for Randomize to see it.
