my best friend just got a girlfriend (his first actual gf) and now all he wants to do is spend time with her and legit like says he wants to hangout with me but ditches me to spend time with her and shes like 2 years younger than him (nearly 4 to me)
its just really messy what should i do im so confused i hate getting emotional

Some people are just like that. It will honestly probably be like that with any and every girlfriend he gets. You could try talking to him about it, but that's probably pointless.
He'll come around when they break up, they always do
Something like that has happened to me, before. I told my friend that it made me feel like our friendship didn't mean anything since he just throws it away over his girlfriend. It ended in him making way more of an effort to stay friends and stay with his girlfriend. She even makes more of an effort for him to hang out with his other friends.
