Messages has most of the big differences. You can rename group chats, leave them, remove/add people to them, you can send more than one picture at a time in a message, record voice messages, share your location as a message... I feel like there's more, but I can't remember.

BlueStar I tried to download it and it stopped at like being 90% done and I had to restore my phone! I'm trying again right now though and hoping my poor old 4S can take it.
