Things I love about Cyndaquil: Its adorable (both with its design, and in anime), has average stats for a first stage, and movepool isn't bad, abilities again I can't judge on since I don't remember the other abilities it gets other than Blaze. Another thing Cyndaquil has going for it over Chikorita & Totodile is that in general, Cyndaquil just seems to stand out more over the other two Johto starters, but regardless, I love Cyndaquil, but ranked it here because I just love everything else more.
