Things I love about Kingdra: It has a good design, has a good typing, has alright abilities, has a pretty nice movepool & has pretty nice stats, so overall, it's a pretty good pokemon to use, and it is also one of the Johto Pokemon to me that seem to stand out, but its partially because it was used by Claire in the games that I remember it a fair bit. Regardless, even though Kingdra is a cool pokemon, it wasn't quite enough to make the top 16.
