Decided to put the top 3 all in one blog like I did for Kanto.
First, coming in at #3 on my ranking is: Lugia.
Things I love about Lugia: Its typing, Its design, it stands out over the other cover legendary in my opinion, it has great abilities, has great stats, and has a great movepool. Overall, Lugia is a great pokemon and was tough taking it out at this point, but I just liked the top 2 more.
Second, coming in at #2 is: Ampharos
Things I love about Ampharos: It has a great typing of pure electric only having one weakness, which is to Ground. It has a great design, has decent abilities, has a good movepool & overall has great stats. This was originally going to be put as #4, but then yesterday I had a change of heart and figured this actually deserved better, so it & Miltank ended up switching positions. Ampharos really is a great pokemon.
Finally, #1 of my Johto Ranking therefore is: Espeon.
Espeon is honestly my favorite eeveelution that exists atm and is usually always my go-to eeveelution to use in playthroughs just because of how good it is. Pure Psychic typing is awesome, it has a great movepool, has awesome stats and has awesome abilities, then to top it all off, it just has a fantastic design. This was really tough deciding the winner of Johto for me, but I know for a fact that I have always loved Espeon the most from Johto so it deserved this spot.
