Feebas to me is basically the Magikarp of Hoenn. Has a crappy movepool, crappy abilities, crappy stats, crappy design; I like the pure water typing though not that it really helps out much with anything lol. However, like Magikarp, Feebas does evolve into a pretty great pokemon which is the plus side. Also, I guess another reason why I'm not that fond of Feebas is because of how hard it is to even find a feebas in the games, it's really just a pain that I've never even considered using its line at all in-game.
