I actually don't mind Wingull too much, but I am ranking it here because I just don't feel that Wingull is something that deserves a mid-spot/top-spot, since it doesn't really do anything. Water/Flying typing is okay, but of course has the major electric weakness which stinks, as well, Wingull has crappy stats & a not-so great movepool, then to finish things off, the design of Wingull is dull & boring. This isn't really something I love a lot obviously, but Wingull is one of those pokemon that I don't really have a reason to why I don't mind it, even though it's obviously trash.
