Along with the hidden immunity idols that must be played after the votes are cast but before they are read, located at each tribe's camp at the start of the game, this season will mark the return of a hidden immunity idol that can be used at Tribal Council after the votes have been read, like in Survivor: Panama and Survivor: Cook Islands. The idol is planned to be hidden when the tribes merge.
