Shops Game?

How do I go about getting a shop? I've read the rules and such but they still confuse me. How many Ts do I usually need to bid for a shop, and what should I do afterwards? #Shops

You get designs into auctions for bids.
The price it sells the price deducted that you have to pay.
Pay about 3000 and you have a shop.
So with 2000 worth of bids you only need about 1000 tees.
