If we really want change on Tengaged (More moderation (which would lead to better moderation), more updates, more games), us as a community needs randomize to see we need him back.
The only way he is going to see that is if WE STOP BUYING T'S. He earns that paycheck every week from us. Once he starts seeing that his revenue has decreased, he will come back and see WHY people are upset.
He doesn't come often, and I think this is the only solution.
