Jason tried to convince Jessica to take down Ramses and renom Raven to ensure Josh leaves. Then Jessica realized she could backdoor someone with the veto, and had a talk with Paul and Paul is down for backdooring Alex. Cody wanted to keep noms the same and get Josh out. Paul is pulling the cards to make Alex leave over Josh.

Tbh both plans of using the veto on Ramses has its benefits. Both Josh and Alex are too far up Paul's ass at this point for them to be redeemable.
