icing, Im not villanizing amber, you are just being a bit overboard in your accusations for a kiss on the cheek. I'm not saying what he did was right but that is not sexual assault.
If someone rubbed their foot on your face what would you do? Call the cops? Make a giant scene about it? You would rather have someone kiss you than have their foot be rubbed all over your face. But you would make harsher acusations over the person kissing you than someone rubbing their foot on your face

Beer, it looks like they are in the same bed but they are not... they are in separate beds. also, it doesn't matter where he kissed her. She has made it clear that she does not want that kind of attention from him. its the principle itself, not just that it was 'on her cheek.'

Beer I don't think she should do things like that tbh! but in my mind, he was ok with her kiss, i don't think she'd have been ok with his had she even known about. The situations were completely different too. she was asleep. in the other situation, they were celebrating.
jdempewo First you say it's the principle, now you say it's situational. You can't justify her kiss to him if this is about the principle of it. If it's situational, then you can't really render that his kiss was any worse by basis of principal. Either way this leads me to the conclusion that people are far overreacting to a harmless gesture.
This was never an issue about caleb "being able to control himself" as you stated. It has been an issue of what caleb thinks is right and wrong. And apparently he believes a kiss on the cheek is harmless which is why he did it. I'd agree with him. A kiss on the cheek is harmless indeed. I don't believe it was with the intent to nor do I believe it did sexually intimidate her in any way.
