I think of people who got voted off wayyyyyy too early because of things they cannot really control over (such as being on the minority alliance pre merge going against a really solid majority alliance, controversial past influencing others, etc.) more than half of the people on the polls are not that: they screwed up on their part, but also made it pretty far in their season. This season definitely feels more like an all-stars season.

but I also believe that people who were rlly close but got fucked over by a majority alliance deserve a 'second chance' too. Like Peih Gee. Sabrina feels like an all star to me.
I somewhat agree with your philosophy, but I have to say I think Second Chances should include both people that screwed up on their part and people who had a lot less to no control over leaving. Some people returning have placed too high in my opinion, and there are a few that just do not belong on the ballot.
