Following Kara's eviction, the BB Queens fought for the title of HOH, and Jodi won her first HOH of the season.
At the HOH Ceremony, Jodi explained, "I'm sorry, but I have chosen to nominate you Annie, and you Sarah for eviction! Annie, you haven't really talked to me much of this game until I got HoH yesterday. Sarah, I have nominated you because you seem very good at competitions and a possible threat. I wish you both luck at POV. This nomination ceremony is adjourned."
At POV, Jodi won once again, and decided to use it to save Sarah from the block. With that, she named Libra the replacement, explaining "I decided that I made a mistake when nominating, and the only way I could fix it, is by saving this person - Sarah."
