Shortly after Lara's eviction, the models were informed it was time for the first Fast Forward of the season. At an intense HOH competition, Miranda went from being up for eviction, to having all the power for the week - by becoming the new HOH.
At the HOH Ceremony, Miranda explained, "Honestly, I came in this game in minority, and I feel like this HoH is gonna help me with honestly whoever I nominate. So, as much as I like all of you, I don't wanna play with people who are extremely good in competitions. And Naomi, playing both sides isn't really smart. Naomi and Coco please take your seats."
At POV, Chanel came out on top, in an ad themed competition. She decide to use her POV to remove Naomi from the block. With that, Miranda named Joan the replacement nominee.
