With Stephanie's eviction, it was down to the Final 2 - Morgan and Natalie!
It's no secret that this season was ran by Morgan and Natalie. Even during Week 1, they were pointed out as a dangerous duo, and were at risk of both being the post-Veto nominations. However, they both proved to be not only competition threats, but also strategic players who managed to influence this game from start to finish. Natalie was undoubtedly the most strategic player of the game. Perhaps, she was a manipulative, ruthless, cutthroat bitch, but she still managed to get everyone to follow her lead. Backstabbing people may have gotten her this far, but her damage control skills is what got her here without ever being a nominee, despite the fact that everyone pointed her out as a ringleader of her alliance early on. Much like Natalie, Morgan was also a competition threat, and both of them tied the record for most competition wins in a season. She was willing to make bold moves, and she quickly became a target early on. However, her social game and good relations with the others is what kept her safe for so long. Perhaps she didn't play a flawless game, but she played a respectful game, as she eliminated people who were a direct threat to her spot in the Final 2.
At this point, their fate was no longer in their hands, as the power shifted to the Jury.
At the finale, they both presented their final speeches.
Natalie began, “Hi everyone! So, I know I have a really small chance of winning this game, but I hope you can look at some facts before making your decision. I am the first person in the history of this game to go unnominated the entire game and make Final 2. I was never nominated Pre-Veto or Post-Veto. This shows my strategical advantage over Morgan. I tied the record for most competition wins for a season, along with Morgan. So, to those who said that Morgan made all the decisions for me by winning the comps, I won just as much as she did. This shows my physical dominance in this game. I played in every competition I was eligible in. I was picked for veto every single time, which shows how much everyone had trusted me the entire game. I know that I pissed off a lot of you with my cutthroat gameplay, but at the end of the day it is proven that I controlled and dominated this game from the very beginning. All of you took this game very seriously and I think you all want to see a true winner be crowned. I hope you all can really think about who you think played the best game and vote for me, Natalie."
Morgan continued, "In the start of this game my plan was to lay low, but clearly after almost being evicted, I had to change my game plan. After Week 1, I knew I had to play much more aggressive, hence me winning the Week 2 HOH. At that point, I knew I had to be very careful with what moves needed to happen in order to further myself in the game. I had a hand in getting most of you out of this game, which I felt bad about a lot of them since I actually liked a lot of you guys... not trying to be fake either! I think the turning point in the game for me was taking out Sierra. I think many would argue that Natalie influenced my decisions, but honestly most of the time it was my ideas. Sierra, I hated doing that, but I know that if you had the opportunity to do the same you would have, which is why I had to get you out in the Fast Forward while we could. The thing I honestly didn't want to do was evict Tasha. But Tasha, when the vote was going to be 2-1 anyways, I didn't want people mad at me so I had to evict you to keep myself safe. Abi, honestly the person who had to do with you going was Natalie. Natalie used the hidden immunity, which basically sealed your fate, and then got people to evict you. Finally, Peih-Gee. I had to make this decision for myself in this game and I hope you respected that. If I didn't evict you, I don't think I would have honestly made it to the Finals because you would have taken Natalie, and I'm not sure who Natalie would have taken. I'd rather be sure he would take me over not being sure. I know I don't stand a chance in this Final because people have the misconception that I sheeped Natalie, but the fact of the matter is, I made moves for myself to further myself in this game. The fact that I made it to the Finals, against all the odds is a huge accomplishment to me, and whatever happens happens. I know most of you will be casting your votes for Natalie, but I'm proud of winning 4 HoHs and 4 POVs, and I would love to win! Thanks for any votes I receive, which will probably be a whopping 0 votes, especially since Natalie has probably been preparing her speech for hours and is a fucking politician. Please Vote for Morgan. Woohoo!"
