Following Tinashe's eviction, the remaining artists competed for the title of HOH. In the end, it was Kylie who rose to the top. With that, the Established girls continue their dominance, as Fergie, Gwen, Hilary, Jennifer, Kesha, Pink and Shakira, all got immunity from nominations.
At the HOH Ceremony, Kylie explained, "Okay. Well honestly I was shocked to have won HOH, it was kind of a heat of the moment thing, I honestly thought I was losing halfway through. So, at first I didn't have any idea what to do with my HOH. So after I won, some people approached me and some didn't. Some approached me in a good way and others not so much. Ultimately, I have come to decision that I am nominating Banks and FKA Twigs. Sorry girls, it is just what I believe is best for me at this moment."
At POV, Kylie won yet again, and chose not to make any changes to her initial nominations.
