Ranking of the last 10 Finale Episodes

Dec 18, 2014 by Hannah_Parks
I think ever since this incredibly amazing finale episode.... That I would rank the the last ten seasons finale episodes in order from greatest to dullest.
-----
Things to look for
---------------------
- Right Person Won -
- Unpredictable Boots -
- Suspenseful -
- Likable Final Three -
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Last Place: One World -- This finale episode was beyond predictable and boring. The obvious Sabrina, Kim and Chelsea trio was never going to break and it was quite certain, Christina and Alicia never stood a prayer in the immunity challenges against Kim, also making this finale episode totally anti-climatic, the winner was also predictable once Colton was medivac'd. The only thing this finale episode had going for it was that the right person won.
________________________________________________________________________

9th Place: Caramoan -- This episode was extremely boring with the Erik medivac right off the start, followed by a predictable Eddie boot, which makes me wonder, I really don't know which finale episode was worse, Caramoan or One World, because this episode was complete trash, and the only thing it had going for it, was that the right person one *Cochran*.
________________________________________________________________________

8th Place: Redemption Island -- This finale episode was predictable as well, everyone knew Jeff Probst man crush Rob was going to win. It was boring and predictable, and basically extremely not worth watching. The only reason I ranked it over One World is because in the F4 immunity challenge, we were given a glimmer of hope that just maybe Natalie and Ashley would turn on Rob if Ashley had won that final immunity, yet those dreams were shattered :P.
________________________________________________________________________

7th Place: South Pacific -- The reason I find this one so unappealing is mainly because everyone knew that Coach, Sophie and Albert were going to the end if Ozzy couldn't comp it out, and that Sophie would win. I liked that Sophie won, she deserved it, but the whole predictable bullshit with Rick and Ozzy getting the boot, made for a unsatisfying finale episode. The only reason I ranked it above R.I, Caramoan and OW, is because Ozzy managed to win at Redemption against Brandon, and win the F5 immunity challenge, so at least we had a little bit of suspense of whether or not Ozzy was going to make it into the F3 or not. Whether or not you liked him, you watched to see if he did or not.
________________________________________________________________________

6th Place: Philippines -- The season itself was refreshing, the finale episode was ok, I liked that it didn't end up with a boring boot like Lisa or Denise, of which would have ended up in an anti-climatic fashion, but instead we got to see Malcolm's immunity run demise to Skupin, his delusion on his set Final Three with Lisa and Skupin, his big mistake not taking Denise's Tie Breaker deal, and Lisa Orchestrating Malcolm's boot. I liked the episode as a whole, even though the wrong person did in fact win, by a misguided jury.
________________________________________________________________________

5th Place: Blood vs Water -- This seasons finale wasn't all too exciting, there was that glimmer of hope on the following, (Who would come back from R.I)? nobody saw it coming that Tina would win, so it kept us on our toes for that part, but the anti-climatic Ciera and Tina boots were predictable, and the only thing they had going for it was the small chance that just maybe Monica would buy into their story and flip, even though it wouldn't have mattered since Tyson gave his idol to Gervase. Predictable, yet satisfying winner, in an overall, "ok", season.
________________________________________________________________________

4th Place: Nicaragua -- This seasons finale was for the most part, pretty self explanatory, a clear division of Chase, Sash and Holly vs the Outsiders Fabio and Dan. The only thing it had going for it was, Fabio's two back to back immunity wins in this episode, along side a possible Sash boot, that never happened, but we had all wished it so. The winner was predictable to a fault, but after 1 jury speech, it made it possibly unpredictable, not such a great season, but a fun finale to watch.
________________________________________________________________________

3rd Place: Heroes vs Villains -- This season was without a doubt one of the best, and the finale episode was amazing as well, people wanted to know if Colby could possibly win 1 immunity, and if Russell's attempt to take out Parvati would work, but she hypnotized him, so he never did. The final immunity challenge was one of the most climatic ever seen on Survivor, it also didn't have a predictable f4 boot, nor a predictable winner, which may fans do like about it. The winner wasn't the best though, which lowers the quality of the episode.

Runner-Up: San Juan Del Sur -- This was a complete toss up for me, these last two seasons of Survivor really rank up there for me in the Top 5 seasons of all time, Going into this finale I was thinking it was going to be completely predictable, but the whole premise of these girls trying to oust Keith, and him winning f5 immunity, was amazing. On top of that, the Baylor blindside was fantastic to watch and excellently executed by Natalie, as i'm sure fans were thinking Missy was going to be blindsided. But there's something about someone like Baylor who got a ridiculous amount of screen time for whatever reason, going out in one of the biggest blindsides of the season was amazing, and I rewound that tribal at least 100 times. Jaclyn's first immunity win was great and I enjoyed her winning it, also the suspense of whether or not Jaclyn and Missy would vote off Natalie over Keith was a question... But Keith getting 4th place was an amazing place to end his journey, and I definitely think this finale episode is one of the best I've ever seen.

Winner: Cagayan -- Nobody knew what was going to go down in this finale, anything could have happened. Spencer could have won with tony going 3 to 1, or woo. Nobody knew what was bound to happen, so the things going into it were, was Spencer able to pull off another two immunity wins? (No), was it fun watching Spencer lose to Kass (Yes), It was amazing when Kass claimed she'd stand a better chance against Woo, making the audience think, just maybe Tony would flip with Spencer, even though he didn't. In the final three, anything could have happened, and as a matter a fact it was a complete triangle on what would have happened. If Tony won immunity he was voting out Woo, If Kass won she was voting out Tony, when Woo won he voted out Kass, which was a blindside to the audience, since Woo could have easily beat Kass in the finals. It led to a predictable winner, yes, but a very very deserving winner in Tony. That's why I believe Cagayan's finale episode is the best.

I think Denise was the deserving winner of  phillipines... But I guess everyone has their own opinion. I enjoyed Lisa and skupin too
