I can honestly say the way they're building up Glenn, I think Glenn will be the one killed by Negan in around 2 seasons from now, with that being said, I think the following people are headed for death in the coming 2 final episodes.

Daryl (Believe it or not, but for how this season has headed, we've gotten so many characters, that this season feels more like the ending to one whole chapter of this story, Season 1-Season 5, Season 5 ending with the Death of Daryl, and I really do think Daryl is headed for his end in the final episode, which will leave our Season 1 Characters at Rick - Carl - Carol and Glenn).
