This isn't true
It started out w/ like 40 people on the ballot (Woo/Shirin/J'Tia/Hayden all included)
Then they cut J'Tia, Hayden and a bunch of others
Woo and Shirin never "replaced" Hayden or J'tia, they had been on the ballot from the beginning.
