PUBLIC OPINION vote, where the public would also get a vote for eviction resulting in the houseguest with the most public votes ONE additional vote to evict.
DIAMOND POV, giving the holder the chance at any moment before eviction and after the intial POV to remove a houseguest from the block and name the replacement themselves.
