It's not true that if you hit the 4hr mark you die and my current castings alot of people hit that mark and didn't die. So you guys need to stop freaking out over nothing. Yes, you can go to bed and go to work if you've been active for awhile you won't lose ur health that fast trust me geesh seriously just calm the fuck down.
