As of today, I will begin to collect photos for the upcoming Tengaged 2016 Collage! It's been about a year since lemonface started collecting pictures for the last collage, so I figured that enough time has passed so that y'all may look a little different compared to 2015.
For those who are newer to Tengaged, every now and then, Tengaged comes together to create a collage of photos of everyone in the Tengaged community (or at least everyone who chooses to submit). It's always interesting to me to see the face behind the avatar, and it's personally one of my favorite Tengaged events that happens! :)
All of Tengaged is encouraged to post, even if you think I don't like you (odds are I don't and I was either a. throwing silly shade b. don't know who you are or c. was having a #moment. You'd know if I actually didn't like you lmao). I just went and deleted all two people off my filter list, so please feel free to send your photos please :)
SOME IMPORTANT GUIDELINES!!!!!!!!!!
1. Photos must be actually of YOU. Digitally added signs will not be accepted, it needs to be a real piece of paper or whatever material you choose to use as your sign (you can look at last year's collage for examples).
2. It's encouraged to try to get the largest and best resolution photo you can, smart phones or any digital camera would probably work just fine. Webcams might not have the best quality, but if you don't have access to anything better, we can make it work. The better the resolution, the better the collage will look when it's finished as there will have to be some re-sizing of the photos.
3. Feel free to request a specific number or to be placed next to certain people, however, these requests will be granted on a first come first serve basis, so get your picture in with your request ASAP! (I literally copied/pasted this part from Becca lmao)
HOW TO SEND IN A PHOTO:
- Once you take your photo, please upload it to an image hosting site (www.imgur.com) and just send the link so I can easily save it and keep track.
- I would prefer you send it to my Tengaged mail. That's where I'll be keeping track of all of them. http://www.tengaged.com/mail/?action=mailto&to=Insanity If you absolutely have to though you can send it to my Skype (StevenAKAInsanity) and I will mail it to myself from there.
- If I see it and save it, I will send you a message back saying so. If you don't hear back within a day, chances are I missed it and you should double check!
- If for some reason your photo isn't approved, you'll get a message back saying why and you can submit another one.
- I'll periodically blog a list of everyone whose photos I have, if you sent one in, make sure you're on the list!
I want to create a rough draft by the end of June, and I want the whole collage to be completed before I go back to school in the Fall, so if you want your photo in the rough draft, send it to me by Sunday, June 26th (so that gives you all a month). The due date for pictures for the final draft will probably be in the middle of August.
I may recruit some people to help me in the future. You will know who these people are if and when I recruit them. I will try to keep you guys updated as much as I can. Also I want to recruit models to create a do's/don'ts graphic for what to submit for a collage photo! If you're interested in this, let me know!
