MARQUESAS
OMG THIS IS SO HARD WHY ARE YOU MAKING ME DO THIS
I literally thought about this for 1 hour, I analyzed all the 17 seasons remaining and I couldn't decide on who I was going to eliminate. Wtf this season is is iconic, but honestly all the remaining seasons are, that's why It's so hard.
This is the first season where the strategy really became a much bigger part of the game, and this is why I loved this season. In the first 3 seasons, I have to admit that I was sometimes bored (even tho Australian Outback is still in this ranking), and annoyed. But in Marquesas, all I ever wished came true. No more fucking alliances staying loyal to each other until the end, people were playing TO WIN. They put aside all the moral part of the game. And it's was brilliant.
So much famous moves were created in this season, and that's the ONE thing that made this season iconic :
- at the swap voting off someone from their own tribe even tho they had the numbers (Gabriel)
- Flipping on their alliances because they knew they were at the bottom (Neleh and Paschal, in one of the most famous immunity challenge yet)
- voting off the strongest member of the tribe pre-merge (Hunter) instead of the weakest (Sarah)
- and finally the draw of rocks where Paschal was voted off.
Of course this season was not perfect, with some really painful to watch castaways (I hated the alliance John/Tammy/Zoe/Robert), but all my favourites castaways made the Final 5, which never happen. I liked all of them since episode 1 tbh. Also loved Rob, who I thought would win when I saw he was on this season. He was roooooobbed. But in my opinion, Vecepia 100% desserved to win over Neleh, sorry not sorry. I don't get why she's so hated, she needs to come back ASAP.
