This season was so good I want to write a paragraph about each episodes tbh.
The only thing that really annoyed me about this season (but I'm not taking it into consideration) is that, like all tengaged, I was spoiled the Final 3 very early in the game. And you can't do worse than this, especially when the winner is someone you don't really like.
When you look at that cast before watching this season you're like oh god, this is gonna be epic. Even if Stephanie and TBird were robbed, the cast looked amazing. Sadly, some of them were very disappointing, like Vytas, who I didn't saw as this big idiot, or Shirin, who just played dumb, or Kimmi, who I loved so much in Australia (oh and she's a racist). Or I could also mentioned Tasha (renamed Trasha), who slayed pre-merge but was a complete waste of space post merge, or Kelly, no comment about that one.
But this was about Second Chance, and some of them really improved their second chance. Obviously there is Kelley Wentworth. I don't really need to explain myself about that one too. From the very first episode I knew she was going to slay the season, I just had that gutt instinct. She was so irrelevant in SJDS, but this time, I literally fell in love with her.
Some of them didn't changed their bad habits at all but we still love them, like Ciera who's still strategizing way too much for her own good, Spencer who's still kinda arrogant and Queen Kass.
I was annoyed tho about hearing the word "voting blocks" every fucking minutes. Like we got it now shut the hell up.
So pre-merge was awesome. Like I said, Tasha made the first 4 episodes very good (WE GOT A RAT), she absolutely dominated the game. But in my opinion It's Abi who made it fun for all of us. She's just so good TV. But sadly she didn't learned about what happened in Philippines, she's still awful at the game.
Then came the Monica's blindside. I honestly felt for her, even If I thought she was a waste of space. Kimmi is the worst. Then Terry's evacuation and Woo's blindside, then Kass being robbed way too soon, and finally, the best moment EVER : Kelly using her idol and blindsiding Savage. Who didn't scream during this TC ?
So I think this is the gameplay of all those very different castaways, coming from old school or new school, that made this season so iconic.

this is a top 5 season in my rankings and here is why:
this was the MOST strategic season ever, where we had everything you could ask for: heroes (wentworth for example) and you had villains (savage and abi duhh), you had funny characters (keith was the best at it), you had epic rivalries (savage vs fishbach, or fishbach vs joe, or wentworth vs jeremy), a great winner, and some of the best tribals ever! (final 12 and final 6 at the top, followed by final 11,10 and 9)
i have to admit there were some bad people out there (tasha and wiglesworth) that just covered a spot they didnt deserve, and i think spencer played a better game than they give him credit for (he was the only one to be in the ruling voting bloc every single vote post merge)
so this season is NOT a 10th place season in my eyes sorry but i disagree respectfully with your opinion, anyways love that you are doing a season rankings thanks for that :)
This season was honestly boring for me. The tribals may have been crazy, but half the time I was yawning at the end because I gave literally 0 fucks about any of the players other than the Witches Coven (and Kimmi in the finale).
Micro to be out next plz, it's literally JUST LIKE CAMBODIA. Crazy blindsides, boring castaways (other than Parv, Cirie, Natalie B., Siskgod and Erik, of course < 3)
great characters made it entertaining but the obvious alliance making it to the end cuz every one was too focused on joe and them keep talking about voting blocks didn't make this season one of my faves
Great placing. Obviously, it was a great season, but the Final 3 was tragic and there wasn't enough character development for me to rank it past this point.
Kelley/Ciera/Abi/Kass was one of my favourite alliances ever and was completely robbed < 3 The fact that all four of these queens made it to the merge and then we got the F3 that we actually did...
Kimmi doesn't deserve anywhere near as much hate as you are giving her. Her last few episodes were EVERYTHING. Her blindsiding Monica was messed up, but she totally redeemed herself when she tried to take out that awful F3 we ended up with.
