This is MY opinion. You will probably disagree with it but you can give your opinion of yours, I'll accept it.
There are more than 420 Tribal Councils in Survivor history, from Borneo to Kaoh Rong. A place where crazy blindsides, huge outbursts and iconic exits took place. I couldn't just make this a Top 10, this was not enough at all, so I made a Top 20, that you may or may not agree with. I rewatched almost EVERY of those Tribal Councils, and selected only 20 of them. Don't forget that a gift may be still available when this ranking will reach his end.
This tribal was not a blindside at all, but It's one of the most iconic one ever, because on how It took place. Coming in 19th place is

« The Ultimate Shock » Palau, episode 14.
Ian gives up immunity to Tom and asks to be voted off - Tribal Council held at the challenge - Ian voted off -
This was definitely not a blindside, but It was indeed a huge shock for everyone.
I didn't say that there were only gonna be blindsides.
First of all the tribal council being at the challenge is fucking iconic.
This was a very emotionnal moment, Ian and Tom making peace, the hugs, Ian's acceptance that It was his time to go. Yeah this was not a good move but I don't think he cared at the moment. I mean who could have predicted this ?
I put this Tribal Council in this ranking because It's such an unconventionnal TC, way more than when Brandon Hantz was voted off at the challenge in Caramoan. And this was also the first time ever the Council was held after the challenge.
This was so intense and sad at the same times. We could see that all 3 of them cared about each other. And the challenge was also the most iconic ever, like how long they staid on that thing.
There were no vote and no final words, no torchs too. That changed and that was good, in a very unconventionnal season tbh. Great ending on a touching note.
Watch it again here :
What do you think about this Tribal Council and what do you think will be next ?
20th - Chris, Twila and Scout make Eliza turn on Julie/Leann/Ami - Leann blindsided and voted off #Vanuatu
19th - Ian gives up immunity to Tom and asks to be voted off - Tribal Council held at the challenge - Ian voted off #Palau
I've never really cared about this Tribal for some reason. I get why it's iconic, but I struggled to really connect with any of the cast in Palau, especially with people like Tom and Ian. By the end once Queen Jenn had left, knowing that Katie didn't stand a chance, I think I was just kind of over it. Sorry :(
