So my best friend & I are moving into our own house this week and it's a pretty big 4 storey one with 4 bedrooms so we thought why not try renting out rooms to bump down the costs?
We put advertisements up online and someone responds by the name Trevor saying they're interested and would like to arrange a viewing. I pass my friends number to them for more details. I tell her to ask for his facebook in order to inbox him the details so we can find out who this person is since their profile was anon on the website we used..
Well.. it only turns out this guy is in his mid 40s-early 50s! LOL.. we're quite an active pair who like to socialise and have people over and have fun etc.. we even put our ages on the advert like wth.. should we just ignore him or is that rude?
