that most of the HGs stay up until like 5/6am most nights, whether talking game or just having casual conversations.. then wake up at like 10am..?
I know they probably get paranoid and want to keep up with all the gaming/scheming.. but 5am almost every night is just too much IMO I'd be falling asleep during the live shows if I only had 4-5 hours sleep everyday..
upside though, they're allowed to nap during the day, right?

They also sleep during the day too though. But yeah, it's absolutely crazy. I'd be going to bed at 2:00am the very latest
I thought as much DaveLooney but with all of the comps in between and production shouting over the mics every so often, I'd find it brutal to do that everyday aha
