Carley opens her eyes and looks around. Her forehead has a bad cut on it and her legs are badly bruised. She tries to get up but can't so she crawls towards a tree and stands herself up with it as support. She looks around and notices the bus almost cut in half on fire. "SHIT!" She stumbles and limps toward it. She notices Jenna watching as her parents yell at her to come with them.
"WAIT! Please help us! We can be useful!" Carley cries.
James says "Don't... They will get us killed."
"JAMES. we just have to get them to the OTHER hospital to save them and they can be helpful." Jane says.
"Look at them! They are useless." James says.
"DADDY. LET THEM COME!" Jenna says.
"2 to 1." Jane says.
"Fine..." He says "bring the biter bait." He says going toward his car.
IN AN AMBULANCE CAR :
Cristina rushes into the drivers seat and Izzie gets in shotgun.
"How do you expect—" Izzie starts but Cristina lifts up the keys. "Oh my god, how did you get these?!" Izzie asks.
"I don't only have surgeon skills... I'm quick. When they started rising I fled but not before getting the keys from the office..." Cristina says.
Izzie says "Let's go."
Cristina starts to speed from the alley.
IN A PLANE :
The pilot says "you people are probably the luckiest people alive. Korea — both north and south has been reported overrun. This was the final plane to America. Atlanta is where we are going to. California is too far and possibly dangerous due to recent stories we have heard."
Jayna stops listening and cries "We made it out... Just in time."
Qri asks "are you happy? My boyfriend is in Korea. My life is in Korea. My career is in Korea. I should be in—"
"Korea." They all say in unison.
Brandi asks "you aren't at all thankful?!"
Qri says "Do I seem THANKFUL?"
"Honestly... No. You seem kind of like a bitch. If I wasn't your best friend I'd probably want to push you into the monsters." Jayna says.
"Well... I don't care. My life was in..." Qri starts.
Everyone on the plane says "Korea..."
IN THE ALLEY OF THE HOSPITAL :
Mark sits down in tears. He hears footsteps. "HELLO?! He gets up and a swarm of zombie chase after him "AHHHH!"
He hides in his truck and grabs a pistol. He opens the window a little as the zombies swarm his car. He shoots one, then 2, then 3. He goes to the other side and opens it and shoots 4, 5, 6. He crawls toward the back of his truck and opens it and the run in, 7, 8, 9, 10.
5 MINUTES LATER :
Mark sits down against the hospital, covered in blood, dead zombies all around him. One last one with no legs crawl after him, he doesn't waste his ammo he grabs a screwdriver and stabs his head. He sits back down.
There are more footsteps, he mumbles "shit, not again."
But they are running footsteps.
It's a blonde, big blue eyed girl, average height, wearing jeans and a tank top, carrying a knife.
She runs at him and cries "please help me!"
"Help me up..." He says.
"Are you alone?" She asks.
"I had someone... Once... Just once..." Mark says.
"I'm Katie..." She says.
"Mark..."
She helps him up and they run into the truck.
THE AMBULANCE CAR :
Izzie and Cristina go by the crash.
Izzie says "STOP. THERE ARE PEOPLE!"
"Fine..." Cristina stops the car.
"Come in here!"
Carley cries "There are a few injured!"
"We are doctors!" Izzie says.
James says "who the hell cares?? We aren't adding ANY MORE PEOPLE. NOT EVEN A DOCTOR!"
Jane says "who wants YOU here?! You have been NOTHING BUT A DICK. We are cutting you out of this group. We are getting a divorce."
"You care too much about me..." James says.
"THE ONLY PERSON I CARE ABOUT IS MY DAUGHTER... I DO NOT CARE ABOUT... YOU." Jane says, tears filling her eyes.
James smacks her "Ungrateful bitch."
Cristina says "I'll handle the injured. You handle him, Izzie."
Izzie points a stun-gun at James "don't touch her..."
Paris cries "I think if I loose any more blood I'll go insane..."
"don't... A wise man once told me you never know what is going to happen in life... But you have to know your limits... It is the only way to keep your sanity... Cristina says. And sanity is the only way to be trusted... Because in this world... The crazies never survive." Cristina starts to cry. "You're not gonna die..."
Paris cries "I thought doctors don't lie..."
Cristina says "I guess I'm not lying then."
Valle watches over this "trust her. She is good. Cristina Yang is a legend."
"Well... If the shoe fits... It's a perfect shoe..." Cristina says.
Cristina carries Paris into the car "I got to go get your friend now... Don't move." Cristina walks down to Natalie and notices zombies coming toward them. "Shit."
Izzie comes down to help Cristina. "Hurry. VALLIE GO WITH JANE AND JAMES."
They put Natalie and the others into the car and then run into the car and follow Jane and James driving away.
NEXT TIME ON THE WALKING DEAD :
Emmaleigh and Leif are driving together with a huge swarm behind them.
"We need to kill to survive..." Emmaleigh says.
"You can't expect us to kill an ALIVE person, though..." Leif says.
"Only when needed... It is needed..." She responds.
"AHHHHHHH!" A high pitched-voice shrieks.
"I WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU!" Leif screams.
"GO GO GO GO..." She screams.
