IN JOAN'S ROOM :
Joan pukes out blood "AGH." She seizes. "AHH!"
Cristina looks over her "what the... More and more people are dying..."
Izzie says "we should all go... She is dangerous to be around."
"We need to save her." Cristina says.
Corella says "you don't have to."
"I don't give a shit a it you. I WANT to." Cristina says. "She is of good people."
Izzie cries "she got people sick. We will all get it."
"I WILL NOT LET HER DIE!" Cristina screams.
Jaclyn runs in and says "90% of the E.R and waiting room has it. This is the worst illness ever. It sounds like an exaggeration but it's true."
"How is she still alive?" Izzie asks.
"It happens..." Cristina says.
Corella sighs and walks away.
Priya walks in and says "This bitch is causing too much trouble. Where the hell is Topper?" She rushes out without letting them say a word.
"She is dramatic." Joan coughs.
Her heart monitor beeps faster.
Jaclyn runs down the hall to Margo's room.
Margo is freaking out in her bed in tears "why am I back?!"
"You got hurt... Again." Jaclyn says.
"I remember..." Margo cries. "What happened before."
"It's too late now..." Jaclyn says.
"The crash... It was Max... The train kept going and going and going... He drove into the train. The car flipped back and crushed mine. But the worst part was... He got up and walked away. The reason no other patients came in... He shot all of them. I played dead... He tried to kill me in the hospital. He was the monster. But... That's not all. There was an electrical wire next to me. He chopped it down and made my car get electrocuted... That's the flash I saw... My life flashed." Margo cries.
Jaclyn says "I'll keep you alive. What happened now?"
"I don't know."
"You have to know."
"I DON'T KNOW." Margo cries. "I don't want to die... This hospital amy be the best ever. But... People are dying... More and more... I don't want to be just another causality. I survived here once. I want to survive again."
OUTSIDE JOAN'S ROOM :
Izzie and Cristina are arguing.
"We need to put her down." Izzie cries.
"We can't. She will write her will for no..." Cristina says.
BANG.
Cristina runs in.
Joan shot herself in the head with a note by her bed.
Cristina opens it.
'I CAN NOT LET ANYONE ELSE GO THROUGH WHAT I WENT THROUGH.

Izzie cries "This can't be."
"She already spread the Joan Rex disease... She didn't want it to spread anymore." Cristina cries.
IN THE CORRIDOR :
Topper says "we should probably start our... Torment."
"We already did that. We need to start the murder." Neil says.
"Okay..." Topper says. Topper takes out a knife and stabs Neil in the heart with it.
Neil cries "OW! Why are you taking this away from me. Derek is 10x better than you."
"Stop talking in third person. You are a douche bag." He slashes Neil's throat.
Neil collapses and the ghost of Derek escapes his body. "AHHHHHHHH!"
THE HOSPITAL, 2014 :
Christina asks "how many people died here in one day?"
"Hundreds, it went from one of the safest hospitals to one of the most deadly." Cristina says.
THE HOSPITAL, 1975 :
Lana sits down in the cafeteria.
"This is awful." Lana cries.
Estelle says "just thank your lucky stars you're alive." BANG! "AH!"
Estelle collapses on the ground with a bullet wound in the back of the head.
Elsie cries "bitch... That's what you get for supporting murdering Brittany."
Lana hides under the counter.
"Come on, Lana banana." Elsie says shooting at every table. "I have full ammo and a lot of time on my hands."
Lana reaches for the butchers knife and she shoots her arm. "AHHH!"
OUTSIDE MARGO'S ROOM :
Izzie asks "what happened?"
"No one knows." Priya says.
Jaclyn cries "If you don't tell me... I can't do anything." Jaclyn walks toward Corella's office.
IN CORELLA'S OFFICE :
Jaclyn cries "we can't save Margo."
"Save her." Corella says.
"we can't. She doesn't remember anything." Jaclyn says.
"SAVE HER OR I WILL KILL YOU DEAD." Corella yells.
"Go ahead." Jaclyn says.
Corella gets a gun out and shoots her in the head.
PROMO FOR THE FINALE :
"The body count is increasing hourly." Izzie cries.
"Joan is a tragedy. That keeps on going." Cristina cries.
Margo is tied down to the bed "AHHHH!"
Lana crawls away from Elsie "AHHH!"
Lana gets a knife. "GET AWAY FROM ME!" Lana cries.
"Where is Jaclyn?" Margo cries.
Jaclyn's dead body is put in a big container.
Priya holds a drug. "GET AWAY FROM ME!"
Matthew is cornered "AH!"
"We need to get out!" Cristina cries.
"It is unsafe here." Izzie cries.
A bloody hand reaches for the phone on a wall leaving a blood handprint. #RipJoan#RipJaclyn#RipNeil#RipEstelle
