IN NEIL'S OLD ROOM :
A man walks inside the room, he is wearing a grey sweater with black sleeves. "Where is Neil?!"
Topper walks in and says "gone..."
The lights start to flicker.
"Jamerson... You should not have came here." Topper says walking towards him slowly.
Jamerson gasps "what the bloody hell?!" Revealing a British accent.
Topper stops in front of Jamerson.
Jamerson grabs a pair of scissors from behind him.
"Scissors won't kill me." He says slapping the air which knocks the scissors out of Jamerson's hands.
"AHHHH!"
"Strip." Topper says.
Jamerson stakes off his shirt and pants, leaving on underwear.
"And the tighty whiteys." Topper says.
"No."
Topper shoots the wall, inches away from his head. "OFF."
Jamerson takes off his underwear.
Topper says "slut." And shoots his gut 3 times and one in the head.
Jamerson collapses face first.
Topper says "so sad. Such a good looking, young waste of life." Topper shoots his butt and walks out.
Izzie runs down the hall in tears to Cristina "the body count is increasing HOURLY."
Cristina gasps and looks for Corella "What percentage died?"
"Like 45%..." Izzie says. "We are starting to get a bad reputation."
"I don't give a damn about our bad reputation... Corella said if even 50% of the patients die... I die." Cristina says.
"She is bluffing."
"Corella doesn't bluff." Cristina says.
Izzie asks "you think she is CAPABLE of MURDER?"
Matthew walks down the hall and says "she is."
"You're out of the hospital room?" Izzie asks.
"Wait... What do you mean... She is?" Cristina asks.
"You know Jaclyn?" Matthew asks.
"Yes..." Izzie says. "She eats with us. Daily."
"Check Corella's office... In the closet." Matthew says.
Izzie says "I'm busy. Cris will." Izzie walks away.
Cristina runs toward Corella's office.
IN THE DRUG CABINET :
Natalie tries to sleep but can't due to the drug side effects.
Priya opens the closet door and says "are the drugs still working?"
Natalie screams "BITCH!" And takes a drugs and sweeps it at her leg.
Priya slaps Natalie and takes the drug. "You're so predictable, you bitch."
Natalie cries "kill me... Mercy kill me. Please."
Priya says "I would. I am over you. But if I tried... It'd take longer. It's be slower. I think the merciful thing to do so keep you here."
"Shoot my head." Natalie cries.
Priya gets out a gun.
Natalie closes her eyes "go."
Priya shoots Natalie in the head.
Natalie opens her eyes and cries "why am I still alive?!?!"
"I told you... You can't die."
Natalie notices a drug with a skull.
"Bitch, you won't kill me." Priya says.
"I know I won't." She takes it and jabs herself in the heart.
Priya says "I'll be just as happy. You will die but you will suffer... For hours. Maybe days. Maybe weeks. Maybe a month, maybe 2. You will get sick. You will slowly turn into a skeleton. Then ashes. You'll wish you'd be here with me afterwards, now shoo."
Natalie cries "REVERSE IT!"
"You did it to yourself." Priya slams the drug door and locks it.
Natalie cries and walks away "I did no wrong."
"you shot my man." Priya says.
Natalie is out of sight.
Priya opens the drug door and grabs the skull one, then locks it.She walks down the hallway and hears extra footsteps. "Nata—" it's corella.
Corella has a knife.
"Get away from me..." Priya cries holding up the drug.
Corella says "oh.. Playing deadly." Corella throws the knife down and gets a drug out of her purse.
Priya sprints at Corella but Corella stabs Priya in the arm. "It won't kill you."
Priya drops the drug. "What did you do?"
"It's the drug Perusta. If created stiffening of the bones. It won't kill you I repeat." Corella sighs.
"How... Long?" Priya cries.
"A few minutes. 5-10 maybe." Corella says. "I'll be watch. You're useful."
Natalie jumps out at Corella with a scalpel "AHHH!"
Corella gets a hand gun out and tries to higher it.
Natalie is about to stab Corella but is shot in the head.
Natalie collapses, dead.
"The death drug must have evened her immortality." Corella sighs.
Cristina lowers the gun and cries "please say you will let me live now."
"I think by now... It's 50%..." Corella observes.
Cristina whimpers.
"I'll keep you alive. Do not... Make me... Change.. My mind." Corella yells.
Cristina runs to the waiting room which is filled with dead or dying patients.
"Joan... Is a tragedy... That keeps on going." Cristina cries.
Matthew says "I know."
"AH!" Cristina screams. "I went into Corella's room. But... I don't care that she is plotting against Jaclyn. So what?"
"She did it." Matthew says. "That is why she isn't here."
Cristina says "she let me live. I'm leaving."
Topper shoots at the waiting room.
"AHHHH! ITS UNSAFE. EVERYONE EVACUATE!" Cristina runs out and walks outside.
Cristina gasps and takes a breath of air. "I'm free..." She cries. "I AM FREE!" She runs away from it.
INSIDE THE HOSPITAL, WAITING ROOM :
Matthew looks around and tries to run but is cornered by Topper.
Matthew cries "please... Don't kill me... I'll strip like you made Jamerson. I'm into that shit. Aren't you?"
Topper shoots Matthew in the stomach, then the head.
Matthew collapses to the ground.
Topper says "I'm not."
IN THE CAFETERIA :
Elsie points a gun at Lana and Lana says "you're really dumb."
Elsie asks "you really want to piss me off?"
"GET AWAY FROM ME... Or... I'll just have to kill you." Lana says.
"You can't. I have a gun. Gun beats nothing." Elsie says.
"No, you don't have a gun." Lana says.
"Yes... I—" Elsie starts.
Lana knifes the gun out of her hand and stabs her in the throat.
Lana walks out.
Elsie is barely surviving and is bleeding out, she crawls toward the telephone and tries to reach it with her blood hand, she barely reaches it but hits the wall leaving a bloody handprint and she stops breathing.
IN MARGO'S ROOM :
Margo is sleeping as Corella runs in and ties her down "AHHHHH!"
Corella runs her down the hallway into the morgue.
Corella says "you know a secret about this place?"
Margo cries "there's a cremation system, I know..."
"No... There are more murder victims than anything else here." Corella says.
Margo cries "I know." Margo takes a scalpel and slashes Corella's throat..
Izzie walks down and gasps "Corella." Izzie shoots Margo in the heart.
"agh..." Margo cries as she hits the ground.
Topper walks down and starts to strangle Izzie. "AHHH!"
Izzie drops Estelle's gun.
Izzie starts to run out of breath but Topper collapses.
He collapses and Izzie looks up at Priya with a trophy reading 'Least amount of deaths 1974, CORELLA SILVERSTEIN' in her hand.
Izzie cries "thank you..."
Priya says "the only other survivor is Lana."
"I saw Cristina leave. She is alive. Where's Jaclyn?"
They see a box.
Izzie opens it. "OH MY GOD!"
EARLIER :
Corella kicks Jaclyn inside a box and runs back up.
Izzie cries "we got to leave. It's unsafe."
Izzie, Lana and Priya leave the hospital.
AFTER THIS PRIYA, IZZIE AND CRISTINA NEVER SPEAK AGAIN.
LANA AND PRIYA BECOME BEST FRIENDS.
IZZIE GOES BACK TO MODELING.
PRIYA TURNS INTO AN AUTHOR WITH LANA.
CRISTINA HAS BECOME THE BEST DOCTOR IN THE BUSINESS.
CRISTINA DIES AS A SURGEON AND IS SEEN AS A GHOST BY MULTIPLE PEOPLE. MOSTLY BY FAMILY.
