Leanna is practicing her voice and her piano playing "once or twice was enough, than it was all in vain... My heart stops..."
Qri walks in and says "bleeding love?"
"Yeah." Leanna says. "I love that song."
"Sing it." Qri says.
"I don't sing for one person, it's too much pressure... I sing for hundreds or thousands or people. Not one singular person. Not even a group. I sing for millions of strangers." Leanna says.
"Who will we sing for on stage for our apocalypse concert?" Qri says.
"The walkers? I don't know. I assumed there would be survivors." Leanna says.
"Think Lea..." Qri says storming out.
Olivia walks by and notices a zombie fall down the stairs "Oh shit."
There is a group of them walking down. "Ugh, I am too upset for this shit." She gets a knife out.
IN A HISTORY CLASSROOM :
Katie is looking through papers.
Nadia walks in and asks "What are you looking for?"
Katie says "past events similar to this one."
"Such as?"
"I don't know. Swine flu... Ebola... Mad cow disease. Anything really. I want to know how cures come up." Katie responds.
"Did Ebola even get a cure?"
"I don't know." Katie says and continues looking.
IN GREGORY'S OFFICE :
Melissa asks "who was that?! What are you hiding?"
Gregory asks "why were you eavesdropping?"
"I wasn't." Melissa says. "WHO WAS THAT?"
Gregory says "You have made... An awful decision." He jumps at her.
Melissa screams "GET OFF OF ME!"
Gregory puts his hands around her neck "YOU BITCH."
Melissa notices a beer bottle barely in her reach. "AH."
OUTSIDE THE HOTEL :
Carley walks outside and looks around "so beautiful."
"Hello, Miss Jones." Liam says.
"Hey, Liam." Carley says.
Carley walks down the street and notices a hospital. She runs inside it and says "this place literally has everything."
A man who is around 6'4 and has tan skin, brown eyes and brown hair walks up to her in a doctors uniform. "Not really. Dr. Derek Stevens."
"Are you sure? It seems like everything." Carley giggles.
Derek says "you don't know. It started off as another casualties. But, we made it work. It was hard. But... It was hard. It wasn't necessarily overrun but... Still."
"I find it hard to believe. It's so beautiful."
"We worked hard."
"How many people are admitted daily?"
"Depends." Derek says.
"Estimate. Guesstimate."
"3 to 6 on a good day. A bad day tens, twenties. On a terrible day... It's a blood bath." Derek says.
"How many people live here?" Carley asks.
"A few hundreds. We probably have the most in the state." Derek says. "But, we don't know."
"No one knows." Carley says.
"So... I guess we can take the success."
"You're a hot doctor. You probably have a wife."
"Had..."
"Was it a biter?" Carley asks.
"Yes." Derek says.
Carley hugs Derek.
IN THE OFFICE :
Melissa continues to reach the bottle. "AHHH!"
Gregory cries "this is for Meg."
Gregory takes a knife and raises it in the air but he groans "AGH!" And passes out.
A blonde girl with a cane in her hands says "let's go."
"Who are you?" Melissa asks coughing.
"I'm Mara. A teacher here in this fine town."
"I'm Melissa. How did you get here?"
"I have the keys everywhere in this town. I'm the ex-mayors mother. She died. Let's go before he awakens." Mara says. "Let's go."
They exit the office and Carley walks in and gasps "What did you do?!"
"Nothing." Melissa says walking outside.
"She did do nothing. I do the dirty work." Mara says.
"Is that INNOCENT man dead?" Carley asks.
"He is anything but innocent." Mara says.
"I don't believe you." Carley says.
"He is alive. Find out for yourself that he isn't innocent." Mara says walking by.
Carley runs up to her room and shrieks. "AHH!" She lies face first on the bed.
IN THE SCHOOL :
Emmaleigh and Leif run down the hall.
Emmaleigh looks back holding Leif's hand and hears something. "Shh..."
IN THE ROOM :
Dorian wakes up and screams "THAT BITCH!" He reloads the gun and gets up.
IN THE HALLWAY :
"Shit." Emmaleigh mumbles and continues running.
They run down the stairs and run into Izzie and Cristina.
"Run. Hide." Emmaleigh says. They all hide in different rooms.
Emmaleigh grabs a ruler and hides in a closet.
Dorian kicks the door open.
Emmaleigh shakes and starts to cry quietly.
Dorian says "emmaleigh. You're so stupid. You're a dumb bitch."
Emmaleigh starts to shake more.
"You use men for the attention. For the personal gain. Your ways are done tonight."
Emmaleigh cries "no... No they aren't." She exits the closet and smacks him in the face with the ruler. "Your ways are."
Leif walks out and says "don't. He won't hurt you. And if he does... Remember. I'll take my life for you."
Emmaleigh says "I don't need protection." She drops the ruler and kicks Dorian in the gut and spits on his body. "I protect myself." She walks down the steps.
Izzie looks at Dorian "should we check him out?"
Cristina says "no. No one would miss him if he is dead." She walks away.
IN THE MUSIC ROOM :
Leanna and Qri are packing.
Leanna packs a gun.
Leanna sings .
Qri sighs "it's time. Now or never."
Leanna cries "now."
Qri smiles and says "then let's go!"
IN THE HALLWAY :
Olivia walks alone done the hallway but hears footsteps behind her. She turns around and notices Jennifer. "AH!"
Jennifer says "so... You like my man."
"Don't..." Olivia cries.
Jennifer walks slowly toward her.
"You... Better keep your distance or I will slit your throat." Jennifer says.
Olivia cries being cornered "I didn't mean to love him."
IN THE FIRST FLOOR :
Kasey walks into a room and shrieks "AHHH!" When she finds Mitch about to hang himself.
"Don't tell Jennifer..."
AT THE SCHOOL ENTRANCE :
There are zombies at the door.
"Let's let them out and we can go." Leanna says.
They open the door and sneak out.
Zombie run in.
PREVIEW FOR THE MID SEASON FINALE :
Qri points a gun up in front of her face.
Leanna cries on the ground "NOOOOO!"
Carley throws a vase at the window "AHHHHHHHH!"
A zombie falls on top of Jane "Agh."
"We need to get out..." Melissa says.
Katie cries "what is life without a cure?"
"Everything is curable." Jessie says.
"Not this." Katie cries.
