Really... No TRUE order, but it's approximated by my thoughts.

HONORABLE MENTIONS : Joffrey & Ramsay. Both crazy bitches who are ROBBED being on this list  because of such an amazing 10/10 series. They'd be #1's in literally any other show and this is sad not having them on here. :-(
12 - Sansa Stark - after an INCREDIBLE turn of events in season 6 she made it into my top 10.
11 - Talisa Stark
10 - Margaery Tyrell - could be argued above Tyrion, but I'm just gonna leave her here.

FEW CONTROVERSIAL OPINIONS IM GETTING OUT OF THE WAY NOW :
Arya is intentionally not on here. Y'all can argue, but after season 4 she disappointed me greatly and has yet to redeem herself IMO despite having a strong impact S6 finale. I also hate Maisie Williams.

If Jaime not being here is controversial, his storyline w/ Brienne was his rise and fall. Afterwards he faded.

Comment people I'm missing cuz there's so many good character I'm probably forgetting hundreds.

Cersei in the season 6 finale alone is #1 but overall Olenna, despite only being in a few episodes a season, always manages to steal the show.

Character arc wise Dany is probably #1.

Ygritte was great with Jon, but season 4 she down fell a lot in my ranking, which led to her death.

Talisa is mostly on this list cuz of Robb. Well... That was her only storyline so I guess entirely cuz of Robb. But, her background with the brother drowning or whatever was nice! Also... I love her gif's.
