Story: 16 castaways were marooned in the tropics of the Marshall Islands.
There they were divided into two tribes. The Taongi (orange tribe) and the Ujelang (blue tribe).
The first alliance of the game formed on the Taongi beach when Darnell proposed a three man alliance between himself, Betty, and Cori.
While on the opposite tribe Ujelang another three person alliance was also formed between Cassie, Damon, and Friya.
Taongi won the first Immunity Challenge sending Ujelang to Tribal Council. At the first vote the alliance was in the clear as Alex and Diana were both on the chopping block for being liabilities to their tribe for different reasons. However the tribe thought of physical strength and Diana was the first castaway voted out in a 5-3 vote. Leaving Bianca and Keegan on the outs. With the alliance, Alex and Zack in the clear.
Ujelang bounced back however and took home the second immunity. At Tribal Council the blame was placed onto Leona and Braiden for failing at their station. The tribe decided Braiden was more of an annoyance to the tribe and the alliance along with Leona and Curt made their move and got Braiden voted out 5-3. Kaelynn and Roddy being all isolated parallel to Bianca and Keegan on the other tribe.
Taongi won their second immunity and it was a matter of whether Keegan or Bianca should go. The alliance felt Keegan was more dangerous socially and physically to them rather than Bianca so they swayed Bianca to their side to vote him out in a close 4-3 vote. Now with Zack and Alex being left out.
Taongi won back to back challenges and it was time for Ujelang to vote out another one of their own. It was time to finally let Bianca go for slowing them down in challenges. She was voted out in a 4-2 vote with Zack sparing her.
Ujelang was in luck as they won immunity with their five remaining members sending Taongi to their second Tribal Council.
At Tribal Council the lines were drawn among sides with a 3-3-1 split leaving Leona with a thrown vote with the tie being on her and Roddy. The alliance gained majority with the re-vote and took out alpha male Roddy in a 3-2 revote. With Kaelynn, Leona, Curt in trouble.
Ujelang lost their fourth immunity and the last challenge before the merge leaving them with a minority of 4. At Tribal Council the 3 person alliance had all control and took out Alex and kept Zack who they felt could manipulate easier.
The merge would come with a 6-4 lines. Leaving Ujelang in minority.
Betty won the first individual immunity and with the vote Zack was voted out for being seen as a physical threat from the other tribe. The tribal lines drawn in the sand with a 6-4 vote.
Damon wins the second individual immunity and the votes shockingly split 3-3-3 and tie on Friya, Kaelynn, and Leona.
Everyone shocked at the outcome paranoia strikes and votes shift leaving Kaelynn voted out from her tribe that entered the merge with tribal majority. She became the first jury member after the 4-2 revote. Cassie reveals to have flipped to take out Kaelynn even though her alliance was in minority previously.
Darnell wins immunity and pandemonium ensues at camp for who flipped. Ultimately at Tribal Council the Ujelang slips by yet again when the blame shifts onto Leona as she's voted out 6-2 with Curt left by himself.
Curt wins an all important immunity that spares him from his imminent vote off. The vote splits among strong tribal alliances 3-3-1 with Curt as the swing vote. Curt makes his move and strikes on Cori and votes her out in a 3-2 revote. Leaving Betty and Darnell in danger. Curt solidifies himself into the swing vote position.
Damon wins immunity and the lines are drawn among tribes. The vote ties 3-3 on Curt and Cassie. In the re-vote Darnell switches to avoid rocks and leaves his tribe him and Cassie at the mercy of the 3 Ujelang who originally merged with minority.
Friya wins Final 5 immunity. At Tribal Council they get rid of the Taongi figure head Darnell and vote him out 3-2 for flipping leaving Betty against the world.
Damon wins Final 4 immunity leaving the imminent vote off of Betty to unfold. She is voted out 3-1 leaving a final 3 of 3 Ujelang who went from 4 at the merge to the remaining 3 be the last 3 left in the game.
The final 3 became Cassie, Damon, and Friya. At the Final Immunity Challenge it was Cassie who reigned supreme and had the decision of taking her number one ally Damon to the end who made big moves and could pose as a jury threat or Friya who got no blood on her hands and was fairly likable. She ultimately went with her gut and voted out Friya at the last vote off making her the final member of the jury.
The jury was now full and consisted of:Kaelynn, Leona, Cori, Curt, Darnell, Betty and now Friya.
At the Final Tribal Council many questioned Cassie's intentions and accused of her coattail riding. However some admired her ability to flip the entire game with Damon and how she stayed safe even though she was in danger at several votes. The jury also liked Damon's ability to turn the game and manipulate people to flip their votes at the tie votes and ultimately got people to keep him safe. They also liked how he won several immunities he probably would have needed.
In the end the jury voted for Damon to win in a vote of 4-3 Betty, Darnell, and Leona voting for Cassie whom they liked better.
America voted their favorite player as Betty.
