I don't get how she made a move for Clay and not herself. Everyone knows that Clay and Shelli are aligned and Day would have been targeting the two next week, so she put up someone that would be coming after her

I doubt she would have backdoored Clay that early, she was probably blowing off steam because he pissed her off with the argument they had
