Do people in the UK

in another country than Scotland have any say in the Scottish Independence Referendum? I live in the US and if one of the US states wanted to become independent, I feel like I'd want to have a voice in that decision.

I think if the England, Wales and Northern Ireland had a part in the Referendum then there would be no need to have one as they would have the majority over Scotland. The reason for the Referendum is about having a Scottish Government that can make decisions for the Scottish people that will be voted by the Scottish people.
