1. Verbal: A verbal individual can easily think in words and express themselves clearly using language
2. Mathematical: A mathematical individual can easily carry out mathematical operations and tends to see the world through numbers.
3. Spatial: A spatial individual can easily think in three dimensions, allowing them to view and modify whole objects in their mind. They tend to be good at drawing and will use drawings to help them remember things.
4. Bodily-Kinesthetic: A bodily-kinesthetic individual can easily manipulate objects and are usually physically adept (good coordination and dexterity)
5. Musical: A musical individual is sensitive to pitch, melody, rhythm and tone and will enjoy playing an instrument or singing. They are also likely to memorize things by making them into songs.
6. Interpersonal: An interpersonal individual can easily interact with and understand others.
7. Intrapersonal: An intrapersonal individual understands themselves very well. They enjoy quiet contemplation and use it to solve most problems.
8. Naturalist: A naturalist individual can easily identify patterns in nature and enjoys being in nature.
Which do you think you are? I think I'm a strange mix of verbal and intrapersonal, I like to be alone and think about things, but I've never had any problem expressing myself verbally.
