Like I know they used to do it to have a comp on Sunday episodes but now the BoB does that? Like it does nothing but make people lethargic and be boring on the feeds. IDGI?

It massively affects people in competitions lol. Try sleeping on the floor for a night, never mind a whole week, and see how your muscles feel the next day. And it gets people angry etc, which causes drama.

Saying it's "Tradition" isn't really that great of a saying. It has only been used since BB11, with BB11 through BB15 having comps for it. Battle of the Block literally does NOTHING for it unless it puts the losers of that comp and the dethroned HoH as the Have Nots
