Number 138 is Doduo. Yeah, I don't have very interesting things to say about the Pokemon in this "meh" tier. Doduo is okay, I guess? I mean it's really nothing special. It looks kinda bad and, I mean, its okay? It falls here on the list because I like it the least out of everything left.
