Number 95 is Pupitar. I mean, it's a weird mid tier evolution that is surrounded by much better pokes IMO. It just seems out of place evolutionary speaking and bland. I feel as though Pupitar could evolve directly into Tyranitar without much of a problem. It seems really unnecessary and uninteresting.
