from 2011 that I wrote as a 15 year old, and I realize that I was not mentally well. those were not the writings of a sane, socially adjusted teenager. why did nobody stop me and try to get me help? I look back at that time with a lot of concern. I deeply apologize to all the people on this website that had to deal with me on a daily basis because I sure was EXHAUSTING.
looking back at older seasons of big brother that I first watched when I was a teenager or still a literal child and realizing how YOUNG some of the players were
for instance cowboy was only 23 when he played..... nakomis was 21...... bb9 james was 21...... lane was 24...... jeremy mcguire was 23. as someone who is now years older than all of them were when they played that's just so weird to me.
LIKE MAGGIE AUSBURN WAS 26???? As someone who is 26 NOW that blows my mind for some reason. I swear people in their early to mid 20s read a lot older in the 2000s and early 2010s for some reason idk. maybe it's because I was a literal child when I watched these people play big brother so they seemed so much older to me than they ACTUALLY were. it's a mind fuck to me.
is whenever a corporation or institution makes a post in support of pride and lgbt+ equality, half of the comments are always angry right-wingers outraged that the "gay agenda" is being pushed down their throats, while the other half of comments are angry leftists (rightfully) pointing out the hypocrisy of corporations with homophobic histories or practices making a statement in favour of gay rights only when it's most convenient for them to do so.
the U.S. marines tweet from today takes the cake truly. it's going to be a LONG month.
