I definitely drink way too much of it. I've gotten to the point where I can't get through the day without *at least* 1 cup. For my own good, I probably have to start reducing my caffeine intake. I don't drink any other caffeinated beverages though.
It's really bad because whenever I try quitting coffee I get a huge headache so I just keep drinking
Honestly coffee does wonders for my bowel movements it's all the benefits of fiber without having to actually eat fiber
I purposely avoid coffee so I won't be addicted like you freaks! The only time I EVER drink it is when I go to mickey d's for their caramel frappe which is like 5 times a year max. I drink water 85% of the time.
