My ranking of the Semi-final 2 songs after hearing the snippets.
1. Mariette - The only song I really care for in the semi. The minute-long snippet doesn't include the chorus, but the chorus is available in her rehearsal clip which I really like. The whole thing is a bit of a generic dance/pop track but I'm into it.

2. Dismissed - Wouldn't want this to win MF but I surprisingly enjoyed it. Hope it gets through to AC at least.
3. Roger Pontare - Only reason he's so high is because the snippet grabbed my attention and I'm interested to hear this in full.
4. Lisa Ajax - Lol @ her dropping the f bomb like it's nothing. I think the first verse sounds good, but it doesn't build as well as it starts off and the chorus is very repetitive and a little uninspired. I feel I've heard it all before.
5. Benjamin Ingrosso - I guess he's the new Swedish heartthrob hence why he got the pimp spot. Don't care for the song though.
6. Etzia - I was expecting more but it sounds very generic, and I don't think she has a particularly great voice. The chorus also sounds weaker compared to the rest of the song.
7. Allyawan - Preferred Adrijana last week tbh. Feel this doesn't go anywhere.
Kinda an underwhelming semi. Mariette, Lisa and Benjamin are the main contenders to go DTF. Etzia and Allyawan sound like they'll be out in the first round. The fourth spot will be between Roger and Dismissed, IMO.
I actually really like Lisa's song and I think she's my favorite in the semi. Mariette's song isn't really doing anything for me, and I like Don't Stop Believing much more, even though I still don't really like that one either. I find this semi much weaker than the first one, and I still feel like Ace has the highest chance to win out of all the songs we've heard. I wonder if all these weak songs were chosen to make it easier for Loreen to win though??

MyMilkshakes YESS I love Alma. I've been listening to it for weeks actually because it was heavily rumoured to be the French entrant since mid-January.
MyMilkshakes Yeah at this rate I see Loreen winning haha unless Wiktoria, Robin or even The Foo Conspiracy (who are apparently a big deal) challenge her.
I haven't heard about her until today, but I really love the song and I hope they keep it all in French!! And I really hope Loreen doesn't win since she's already had her chance. And I'm really excited for Wiktotia's song, her song title excited me the most (not like that even means anything but it seems interesting lol)
