I still fail to understand

Why people have such ~*~ exclusive designs ~*~ on here
And why that the possibility of more people having said designs is like a mothafuckin travesty

Like if that could actually be explained, that would be great, because I'm literally wondering why this is a thing, I just fail to see it really.
