I think at first it's easier to like attractive people because (IMO) attractive people CAN (not always, but they can) exude more confidence and be better at talking to people.
Would you rather talk to someone nice to look at that is outgoing, or someone that keeps to themselves and is average? I would pick the first just because it sounds more fun. They could turn out to be an absolute asshole but the first impression was stronger
