Physical and geographical surroundings? Serious question here.

Well I mean I'd assume physical surroundings refers to the place you are, that is the immediate place (like your room, in your car, at work etc.) The geographical surroundings would probably be locations near your general area (the town down the road, schools/businesses, other's home's). IDK exactly what you're asking though.
